A show to celebrate my first 25 years in show-biz!
Starring ...
The Brighton Bottle Orchestra (The world’s only bottle orchestra) - reform for these two nights only to perform the rare and refined art known as oral camponolgy. Mr Miller and I spent ten years of our lives blowing across the tops of finely tuned bottles, producing popular classics for the delectification of human beings around the globe. There is no bottle that we cannot play, and no tune that we cannot play upon it.
Fred Sinatra (this country’s finest exponent of bathroom singing) - dons his dicky-bow and loofah for one last night on the tiles Fred is the crooner that lives inside us all, that fantastic voice we hear in the bath, that pillock we suffer kindly at the karaoke party. Fred loves you all, but he loves himself just that little bit more.
The Unofficial Mayor of Brighton (self appointed) – will sing his greatest ditties about his beloved home town. Brighton the Musical is now in it’s 13th year. I have been knocking out some of these songs for 15 years. Who would ever have funk it!
There will be some stories and revelations about my radio show ‘The Last Bus to Whitehawk’; plus recollections of my days spent compering at The Crocodile Comedy Club. There will also be shiny suits, baldness, cheeky banter and audience interrogation. We will be looking back, looking forward, and looking in places we have no bloody right to look.
All in all, an evening of Complete and Utter entertainment.
